sunday: biceps nd forearms monday: legs tuesday: tris and back wednsday: legs thursdays: chest and shoulders friday and saturday: off is that ok or too much?? |

It's the closest thing you'll get to a real body part split, which is crappy IMO. If you come back to us and post a routine (with the newly gathered information from the stickies) in PROPER english... we might just continue providing positive feedback.
