well is this workout plan ok? can i workout a different part of my body every other day like :

sunday: biceps nd forearms
monday: legs
tuesday: tris and back
wednsday: legs
thursdays: chest and shoulders
friday and saturday: off

is that ok or too much??

He just keeps looking for ways and reasons to work bis and bench on as many days he can.

Unless someone provides reassurance to him this is ok, which will never happen, then I believe he will continue to phish throughout his already existing threads as well as thread crap new ones.

Seriously man, go read ALL the stickies in this forum AND in the diet forum. Then make a new routine. If you INSIST on doing a split, use push/pull/legs. It's the closest thing you'll get to a real body part split, which is crappy IMO. If you come back to us and post a routine (with the newly gathered information from the stickies) in PROPER english... we might just continue providing positive feedback.

As in: get your ass educated and only come back if you have real shit to ask.

how many times have people told you to read the stickies (training 101), it is very easy to understand, and it is not long... GO READ IT!
