leg day
Last week for legs I did 4x12 Squats, 4x10 deadlifts, 4x12 leg press, extensions and curls....is that too much? I'm trying to put maximum effort into my legs but I don't want to go overboard...

Or 3 and 3, depending on your goals.
Are you training for sports? Or are you into bodybuilding? |

Actually that is a good workout.... however dropping the extensions and leg curls to 3 sets would be more advisable, especially since you want your sets to be intense. Squats and deadlifts can be done for 4 working sets IMO.

I'm starting to consider squats an "everything" dominant movement lol. They destroy my entire legs.
