Need Routine Help...
I'm tryna get back on that horse and workout daily, but don't have a routine in mind. My main goal is to drop a few pounds and get tone and cut, but haven't really got a clue how to achieve this other than doing low weights and high reps. Other than the low weight high rep routine is there another way, technique, or a miracle drug I can do to achieve this? Any help would be great! Thanks in advance...

High rep routines to cut weight is total crap. To cut weight you must have a good diet. Check the stickies in the training forum to get a routine started. Then post it and we shall nit pick at it.

The key to any routine lies in your ability to abandon it for another.
