grip strength tools/machine

ok i have this grip/forearm strength tool/machine. Im prety sure most people knwo what it is, its like a thing wehre u just squeeze and keep doing it.

now on my day off, is it safe to do it?? and also can i like bring it to work and do it for like 3 hrs non consecutively?
like i'll do it when im bored u know?? should it be done in certain reps/sets or just like nonstop whenever i feel like it?

If you're talking about one of those little whimpy grip tools from Sports Authority or something it isn't going to do much for your grip strength most likely.



The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

will it do anythuing for my forearms?? like the eudurance of them?? it is mostly for jiu jitsu and endurance.

Oh yeah, it may help with endurance. Still, I wouldn't do it 3 hours a day. That's ludicrous. As well, you still want to increase grip strength. Increased strength means increased endurance at an equivalent load/resistance.

I buy a tube of tennis balls and grip them until they get too loose and worn. After that, like a cheap slut, I toss them to the dogs.
