Adductor/Groin and Squats

Hey I need some advice. I seem to have some sort of adductor/groin pain- mostly on one side (my right) after doing squats ... it seems llike the lower I go, the worse the pain is. It almost feels like a tendinitis of some sort. Would sqeezing a ball between my knees while squatting help this, or would it make it worse? I am guessing it is just a weakness but it is hurting... it also hurts when I try to use the upright bike for longer than 15 minutes or so... just starts aching.... any advice cuz I got a leg workout on Friday!

Go to the doc to find out what the problem REALLY IS

My thoughts exactly - you shouldn't guess about any pain

a) stop squatting. there is nothing worse than a pulled groin or hip flexor.

b) rest

c) go to a doctor and get refered to a physical therapy clinic so that you can get some stim and ultrasound.
