    Relatively New Lifter-Joint Strength?

    Wasup Everybody

I'm a relatively new lifter-17, and I am not the biggest dude- 160 lbs, but I lift well and often and I am fairly cut and in my opinion strong for my size.

However I feel like I could lift a lot more if not for weakness I feel in joints like my elbows while doing say, bench. I feel like my chest could give it some more weight but my elbows get tired ad fatigued and I cant push.

What do you guys think I should do? Is there a way to strengthen this are, or jus keep lifting and eating and gain weight? Any help is appreciated.

What? Your joints can't become fatigued. If they hurt, you should ice them and rest. If it bothers you on several joints, try building up the intensity once you start lifting again.

i think you mean to say that your triceps get tired and can't push anymore. you seem like a real beginner, i would suggest you start by reading the stickies at the top of the training section, post your training routine and read/learn/ask questions about exercises and proper form.
