    abs...

    2 questions: How long should i rest inbetween workingout my abs? and How often should i workout my abs in a week? right now im doing everyday with little rest inbetween diff types of crunches etc. but now that ive been reading about overtraining and how if u overtrain u dont get as good results ive been wondering..

    I think at least 2 days between workouts is needed for ab recovery. I wouldn't work them more than 2 to maybe 3 times a week at most.
    Don't forget, lower body fat is what is gonna make those abs look great, not a whole pile of exercise.

    im tryin to get sum pretty good abs before june 8th(pool party) what workouts are most efficient and work the fastest.. right now i do normal crunches, crunshes with my legs crossed in the air raising my hips as well as my upper body, and bicycle crunches.. for the normal crunches i use weights

    Hehehehhehehe, sorry but if I had a buck for every time I've seen "I need good abs before........." I'd be a rich man.

    Seriously though, work on your diet, not your abs.
    Building a set of abs like you see in the muscle mags takes years + drugs in most cases.
    Just work on getting your BF down and you'll see some awsome abs.
