sick?

A cough shouldn't matter, but if you are truly sick the fastest way to recover is proper rest.
Plus you don't want to spread your germs all over the gym. |

^ agreed.
If youre sick, dont bother working out. You could probably do with an extra few days off the recover anyway. Bottom line - it wont hurt. |

I always have sub-par workouts when I go sick, so I just stay home.
