A cough shouldn't matter, but if you are truly sick the fastest way to recover is proper rest.
Plus you don't want to spread your germs all over the gym.
i am sick. well i wouldn't really call it sick, just alot of coughing. i was wondering if it was alright to workout even though i am coughing constantly.

If youre sick, dont bother working out. You could probably do with an extra few days off the recover anyway. Bottom line - it wont hurt.
