I want to get bigger

So can I take celltech and do 10 sets of bicep curls and bench pressez?

I hope so.

I used all my allowance on cell tech... for the next 3 months. My mom called my doctor and said I bought steroidz, but I told her that cell tech short for cellular creatine like the kind they use on the moon in spaceshipz.

I love CEE myself, I have never held this much LBM clean before. And by clean of course I mean without using any of the supplements that Greg Kovacs uses.

I tell ya, I cant wait to do my 3 hour workout along with my 25 set tricep workout. And I am losing so much weight I havent ate anything in like 2 days! Ya baby! I look totally anerexic! This is awesome, I have never been so shredded.

On a serious note, Mudge what do you think of CEE? Its kinda hard to gauge whether you are making fun here.

good to see ya back, Camaro-

But...were you stacking the cell-tech w/ Nitro-tech...'cause I read I can get REALLY humungous with those!

One of the absolute top supplements I have ever used, and its not really expensive either. By day 2 when I first started using it I was noticing it, and I have run creatine plenty of times before, several delivery systems, and never noticed ANYTHING at all. Monohydrate I've gone months on end @ 15 grams a day, Swole v2 was the last creatine I used before CEE and once again I was dissapointed, plus it costs way more than just CEE.

Yeah, 10 sets is good. Make sure you do it 6 days a week though; you wouldn't want to overtrain, so take that 7th day off!

Yeah CEE has been great. I bought 4 bottles from Rob 6 months ago, and I still have 1 bottle. I got my money's worth out of it.
