I don't see anything wrong with that as long as you get your heartrate up doesn't matter whether your walking, swimming, biking, running, doing stairs, etc. I don't blame you for not wanting to get out of the pool seeing where you're from![]()
im probably gonna be banned from making threads but i got another ?...Is swimming and running and all kinds of other stuff in the pool enough for my cardio exercises.. and how long should a cardio workout be? i kindof want to stay in the pool for all my cardio but if i have to get out i guess i will

Like Lina said, any cardio that gets your heart rate up is good.
You'll want to go for around 30 min for cardio, but it will also depending on what your goals are.

If you are trying to get cut I would not use swimming as your main source of cardio. The human body has a natural reaction of not letting go of body fat when it is constantly immersed in cold water. It's one of the reasons why you never see top swimmers all ripped up.

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
