havnt seen anything on excersises for working the TVA, the transverse abdominous i believe... anyways i was just woundering what everyone was doing, or if anyone has put any effert into strengthening this muscle, and woundering if anyone could give a explination as to what this muscle does

drawing in is the way that you work your TVA. It should actually contract naturally before movement happens. In some it doesn't (for example some people with lower back pain). You can do a search here, the debate of drawing in or abdominal bracing has been brought up numerous times before.
