Here is my 2 Canadian cents on the matter...
Getting laid makes you feel better.
Getting laid is cardio (assuming you know what youre doing and have small amount of talent).
Getting laid is as natural as eating.
Getting laid makes you feel better (yup, worth repeating)
Getting laid is good for you.
I have a steady girlfriend, and get laid regularly. Prior to her I didn't have much action for the better part of a year (save for the 'blind squirrel finds a nut' nights). Now that I am released regularly, I notice no difference in my workouts.
If anything else, I have someone else to think of for my efforts.
Train hard, lay hard, sleep well
