    Main in right obliques

    I came back from work on monday with a pain (poss pulled muscle) in my right obliques, been off work after bruising my neck and hip in a fall at home, I just wanna know if its ok to go back training as I miss it and my diet is nearly spot on. Damn this whole thing is fucking me off!

    the oblique is one of your main sources of stabilization....it will be active in anything you do.
