I though DC was a no-no to talk about here. I think its way too complex personally with the rest schemes

The rest stuff is pretty simple, the part that is difficult is people are putting together their own programs from bits and pieces which is not DOGGCRAP. Things change every now and then and when you are personally trained, you get a personal program. So this is somewhat akin to picking up a magazine and pulling a routine out of their and maybe switching movements up here or there.

Most of the text left on the internet is around 3 years old.

It's as good as any other cookie cutter program, but as Mudge said, other people add their own little nuances and it doesn't really end up being Doggcrapp. I would try it, see what it does, when it stops working, try something else, but give it a go as it has been written, don't mess with it so you can give an honest review here.

BTW, cookie cutter isn't really a derogatory remark, anything you get over the net without being assessed is going to be a cookie cutter program for the masses.

If sense were common, everyone would have it.

that is the key right there. People usually see good results because they have been locked into one thing for so long. Then they go and do doggcrapp training and see good results....It is just because you changed what you were doing.

everything works, but nothing works forever.

The program is pretty good. There is tension work, and then metabolic work (with the fascia stretching, or whatever he calls it). It has a nice blend of training variables.

Ive used it exclusively for about 4-5 months.

From my own experiences, the strength/size gains are better than any program I have used previously, but the ability to overtrain and just burnout overall is also much much easier as well.

As is the call for 2g/per lb of bodyweight protein.

doggcrapp is a much better option imo for muscle mass and strength... i seem to respond better to higher intensity/lower volume workouts...... not to say that p rr and s wont work.... i havent been able to do the full thing because of my time training but i will eventually... the typical bodybuilding stuff just isnt that effective imo........

natural guys like this do dc and look like this......

a perfect example of a dc trainee.......

If he is natural he is highly gifted, and probably short. Just because one routine works amazingly well for someone doesn't mean you will look the same, thats a sad fact. I know a guy with over 20 inch arms who just barely benched 315 only recently, and he isn't fat he is leaner than I am. He doesn't even train shoulders either, he is gifted for size but sucks ass for strength, has no idea what he is doing and eats like a regular person - and he is white.

Gotta love genetics.

That being said though.... DC has done very well for me. Im sure if I really ate like a pro, I could get over 280 and solid with his routine.

I got up to 270, but I felt like shit. I could barely tie my shoes or bend over without a headache.
