So 10 rep sets with a 60 second TUT. I believe 45 seconds or somewhere thereabouts was estimated to be optimal for mass, for those who believe TUT and not rep count is the "magic key" - which also means for those who seem to believe there is a magic singular key.
I knew a guy in high school who trained very slowly and deliberately, Francois Benfatto trained that way as well and they were both well developed (and both juiced...)
P.S. A lot of women I have met are actually quite fond of developed legs on a male.
