I mean youre saying 'just' to military presses too and thats what you are going for and trying to prove me wrong. Last edited by GoLdeN M 07 : 12-29-2006 at 07:46 AM. |

The only problem with muscle milk is that it probably doesnt have enough carbs. Other than that it tastes really great, it increases creatine production in your own body, rapid muscle reapir, better than 'weight gainers'.......good shit |

If you want more creatine just take creatine, no matter what you do stimulating natural production will never compare to direct supplementation.
And what in the world are "lean fats?" That must be as elusive as low-carb carbs. I pretty much dropped shoulders from my routine some time back as an experiment and I believe it eventually lead to my shoulder injuries (primarly on my left side). I worked up to a 425 bench with just minor side lateral work, but for my structure I do believe some shoulder work is mandatory. |

Muscle milk isnt bad, but its not the best. In fact, id say its best for beginners to get used to the TASTE of protein powders. Its good, but its not THAT good.

I dont like it. Muscle milk is not one of the best proteins. I buy whey and thats it. If I were to pick another protein it would be caesein of course. Other than that theres no reason to buy something that can be so easily obtained via food.

CytoSport (same people that make MuscleMilk) make a Whey shake that is quite tasty. I buy that and their CytoGain when I can. Chocolate Mint. Yum!
Syntha 6 is good, and I like Lee Labradas Pro-V even though its a milk based protein. |
