    hows my routine mang?

    hows my new routine
    also week 1: 3x12
    week 2: 4x8
    week 4: 5x5

    day 1:
    chest/bis

    day 2:
    lowerbody

    day 3:
    back/tris

    day 4:
    delts/traps

    mos tliekly the chest/bis and back/tris are gona be the days i do the "wrestling workout" where i run and do sprints afterwards.

    I was going to go back to body part splits again myself, however I remember how bad they suck. I just hate doing them, they are boring. Whats your volume and things like that look like?

    chest/bis

    week 1: 3x12
    week 2: 4x8
    week 3: 5x5

    3 exercises for chest (1 flies)
    2 exercises for bis

    back/tris

    3 exercises for back
    2-3 exercises for tris

    shoulders/traps

    overhead press
    upright rows
    front/side laterals
    shrugs

    lowerbody

    deadlifts
    squats
    maybe some isolation work

    I think you would benefit more from a

    push/legs/pull

    I dont like combining biceps with chest and triceps with back.

    After doing a ridiculous set of chins its so easy to finish it off with a few sets of biceps and not worry about the biceps getting over worked. After this you have all week for the to recoop until you hit them again. Its just easier this way. Back and biceps go hand and hand like peas and carrots.
