You have to remember he is more than likely a juicer and his workout routines will not be good for a "natural" lifter.

He does lunges down the middle of the road. I'm not taking advice from him.



What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
