How This...?

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Ok, this is my plan after looking through various informational sources...

3-day a week, 3*8

Monday-

Barbell Curls
Hammer Curls
Preacher Curls

Wednesday-

Squats
DB Rows
BP

Friday-

Some type of abdominal workout

It probably def. isn't the best, that why I was asking, how is it?

Haha, people from around my area helped me with that, in my defense I figured they were very unreliable, figured I'd get a second opinion though.

I would probably never listen to those people again. In fact, I would distance myself from them as far as possible. They probably will try to give extremely poor advice on how to live your life as well.

1. ) Yes, all I've aquired so far is good abs

2. ) Well, I'm 5'1, ~100lbs, so, this goes without having to be typed, I would like to get bigger-but I'd also like to have a little strength backing it up.

3. ) No

I've already inherited the weights, etc... from people who have given up in the past.

Wow if I could inherit weights from others who have given up, I would have millions of lbs of weights.

What equipment do you have? This would be a good start.

Barbell with various weights
Dumbells from 10-80lbs

Regular incline/decline bench

Just the average in-home stuff

To add to it: Dont dedicate a day to arms.

How much weight do you have for the BB?
Do you have any kinda rack (for squats) or pull ups/dips station?
How did you plan to do squats?

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
