are you a beginner?
what are your goals?
do you have access to a gym?
do you only want to train 3 days per week?
How were you going to do these exercises if you don't ahve access to a gym?

lesson # 1: don't deticate a day to curls![]()
Good lesson.
To add to it: Dont dedicate a day to arms.
How much weight do you have for the BB?
Do you have any kinda rack (for squats) or pull ups/dips station?
How did you plan to do squats?
