Week 5 After layoff question...

Next week I want to start my Strength cycle for a month. Is P/RR/S too intense a program to do after lifting only a month after a 3 month layoff? It worked AWESOME for me during the spring, but I had been working out for 4 months by that time.
Physically I feel great and I'm ready for the Strength phase, actually I feel kinda dumb asking this. But I like picking folks brains.

I dont think it would be any more intense than any other program. Besdies I think you would be able to benefit more from a program that is so mapped out compared to something that is kinda thrown together. I think you will be fine.

It'll be OK. Just keep your wits about you and don't try stupid stuff.......you know.

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
