Weight stacks
I want to add to my home gym and i was wondering anyone knew where to get a weight stack from so that I can do rope pull downs and lat pull downs on my home gym which I think will greatly increase what I can do at home?
Any ideas? |

www.craigslist.com have a city close to you? Allthough I did see a rather stickboyish looking fellow selling a bullshitworker here, craigslist is a good site for everything.

Better get something like a pullup bar IMO. Loads of stuff you can do on that.

I've looked on craigslist and theres nothing there of use for me, the only place I've found sells them for £1299 and they have to be 'installed on the ground floor' when as my stuff is in our spare room.
