    Weight stacks

    I want to add to my home gym and i was wondering anyone knew where to get a weight stack from so that I can do rope pull downs and lat pull downs on my home gym which I think will greatly increase what I can do at home?

    Any ideas?

    www.craigslist.com have a city close to you? Allthough I did see a rather stickboyish looking fellow selling a bullshitworker here, craigslist is a good site for everything.

    Better get something like a pullup bar IMO. Loads of stuff you can do on that.

    If you'd read my other thread about dumbell/ barbell back exercises you'd see that the doorways in my house arent wide enough for a pull up bar to be effective.

    I've looked on craigslist and theres nothing there of use for me, the only place I've found sells them for £1299 and they have to be 'installed on the ground floor' when as my stuff is in our spare room.
