what are you doing now? You can have substantially the same training routine, possibly add a little more cardio to a cutting training regiment and then adjust cals and macro breakdown according to dietary goals.
i need a new workout for a cutting phase that i am doing for the rest of the month of jan and then feb and march bulking and then back to a cutting phase after that for summer so any suggestions would be great thanx!
