Hammer strength Deadlifts
Got a question about deadlifts. There's a Hammer strength shrug machine at our gym. I've got a Nebraska Husker power book and in it, there is a guy doing Deadlifts on a similar piece of equiptment. I was wondering if you guys thought that deadlifts on that would be similar to good old fashioned barbell deadlifts. Thanks for any feedback...

No it would not be the same at all. There is just so much of the equation thrown out when it is on a fixed path.
