If your goal is to burn fat, you need to focus on your diet, plus incorporate training as well. A combination of a good diet, cardio and weight training will get you started. Read the stickies at the top of each section - there is so much information there that will be helpful to you!

    Good Luck!

hi the most important thing is as it was said before focus on cleaning up your diet that is cut out the junk, sugar and saturated fat. incorporate mostly vegetables, lean protein (skinless chicken breast, fish, low fat cottage chees, protein powder, egg whites...), good cars (brown rice, oats, whole wheat bread or pasta..), some good fats (nuts, flax seed, olive oil.. just don t go overboard). Do lots of cardio and weight training to build muscle so as to increase your metabolic rate. I hope this helps good luck
