    Pull ups!!

    Can anyone suggest where I can buy a chin-up bar but not the one that fixes in a door or hooks under it. Basically, Im looking for one i can bolt to the wall such as those in the gym etc. I just cant seem to find one

    Prolly not the best option being from Oz and seems expensive. Sure you can't find one?
    What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

    What's wrong with the ones that hook under a door anyway? They seem to be a lot cheaper and do the same thing.

    I've got both one on my cage and one in a doorway upstairs. The one for the doorway work fine. Just make sure you get one that has anchors that screw into the frame. I've had me and my GF on a door mounted bar and it has held us both...not that I'd reccomend it. My door one is a Weider- even Wally World should have those in stock.

    Suggestion. Take this pic to your local High School shop teacher and ask if he has a student who can weld it up for you. You pay the materials (probibly like $25) and the student gets extra credit.

    That is a good idea! And if that works out design a squat rack... just steal a design from the internet- modified for your needs.
