    Im no expert, but that response suggests a 24-week program which ranges from a 2 day/week upper/lower split, then a 3 day/week push/pull/legs split and finally a 4 day/week strength/hypertrophy split.

IMO, a training routine for a 'skinny guy' does not really need to differ a great deal to anyone else. COMPOUND movements are essential, and I dont believe some of the isolation exercises suggested in that routine are required. One of the effective things I noticed in that routine was the variance which is important.

Focus on your bench, squats, deadlifts, rows, dips, pulls, chins and lift with a good amount of intensity.

What you need to focus on is diet/nutrition as no matter how effective your training program is you will not add mass unless your diet is on track. Spend some time in the diet/nutrition forum and customise an eating plan for your needs.
