Due to the response i had to my thread "think im overtraining", i have completely revised my training routine to the following :-
Any comments / advice would be very much appreciated !! |

Looks ok, the only thing I didn't like was your shoulders.
You've got to much there, I'd drop Dumbbell / Machine Shoulder Press or Smith Machine Behind Neck Press, they're almost the same and I don't think you need to do both. |
