    Squats/Less press same day?

Is this ok? I usually start off with 4 sets of squats, 3 sets of lunges, and then 3 sets of mid-weight less press. Is this too much?

i persoanlly dont think u need that much...

i start off with deadlifts then squats (the 2 most important IMO) than i do some inner thighs (for jiujitsu) and calves and lunges, all 3 exercises i do very moderately, as in u can really go so hard on these u know?? i most of the time superset them to make me work harder.

yeah so i would take out the leg press or squats (which ever one u prefer) and add in some SLDL's or regular deadlifts.

Actually for a quad dominant day, I think it might be a good idea. Volume would be less though.

Lunges usually finish me off, but I am stronger than you.
