You dont know the weight you benched?
Your deadlifts...keep that head up a bit more, at least in line with your spine.
Cant tell with the pants, but it looks like your knees might be bowing in.
Rounded back?

It'd probably help if your Deadlift vid was from the side.
Good job though!
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.
yea look forward and up, I see you point your head to your right side and down... also your legs look shaky, probably need to work on femur stability.
as stated a side view would be good so we can see how your back is alligned.
nice job man. keep it up

nice work

why did you use light weights??
ya man the deadlifts, keep ur bak more straight and head up. also i would do a wider and both hands overhand grip. I used to do alternating grip like u but its honestly not taht big of a help, and can lead to back deformation. i duno how u can workout to that music

Alternating grip wont cause imbalances IF you switch which hand is over/under after each set.
I wonder why Cow or P hasnt commented..
