hey i just read the sticky on muscle mass (http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...d.php?t=22055). i'm only 14 but should i still use this and follow this to get big (i jus want my muscles to grow bigger in size because i alredy hav enough fat)? or is this for like professional body builders?

I would start out using compound exercises. Look for a routine called Super Squats by Randall Strossen. It's easy and VERY effective,

stick to compound exercises- pullups, dips, bench, deads, squats!!, heavy ass rows, OH press, chinups. stick to compound and eat like a horse.

shuld i still stick to 4-8 reps of a weight thats challenging for me?
