I need a good body workout...my equipment?*cough* exercise ball

I just started a weight loss regimen and split an eliptical machine with my Dad. so im doing 30 mins of intense cardio 5 days a week. only problem, is my gym membership expired, and i cant weight train anymore. and until i get a home gym (hopefully the near future) all i have to work with are 2 10lb weights, an exercise ball i got for christmas and 230lbs of body weight lol. now, ive been doing some REAAALY standard exercises... ill do 3-4 sets of 25 pushups (doesnt seem liek much, but im 230 lbs so to me, its no small task) and i alternate in between the pushups with 3 sets of 30 crunches on my exercise ball. when i reach 15, i alternate twisting left and right at the top. this has given me great muscle soreness on my abs and chest, and i can already feel a differnce in those bodyparts, but i definitely need more. so my question(s) is this:

is there anyway to get a decent full body workout with only an exercise ball and a floor? pushups and situps are all i can really think of... if theres more, please let me know. also varietions, different methods etc.

my second question, is what is the best and most effective ab/exercsie ball workout? like, what exercises, how many sets reps, etc. i wanna get a really good core workout with my ball and hit all parts of my abs, my obliques etc, but i dont know the best exercises, or the actual exercises for that matter.

Thanks again.

.

one exercise u can do is put the ball against the wall and put the upper part of your butt against it. Then hold weights and do wall sits.

yes im aware that there IS a search button, and google IS a wonderful tool. however, seeing as how it is a weight training forum, and how many of you im sure have used exercise balls, and know what the best/worst exercises are from first hand experience/success, AND that the internet is full of jargon and nonsense.... i thought i might give it a shot and post a thread. alot of those exercises on the ball involve weights, and seeing as how i dont really have weights other than my 10 pounders i guess ill just have to innovate and make millions from my intuitive and personal ideas. patent pending.

for a bit of variety with your pushups, do them a bit slower, and make sure your body stays straight (possibly have someone watch), and get right down.

have a look at www.beastskills.com for some bodyweight stuff, the guy is a machine.

I only really do ball stuff with old clients.
