    simple question

if i bulk for 1 year and i want to get cut the next year it will be easier right? like i will be able to see the muscle better and i wont have a risk of losing muscle unlike if i were trying to bulk and get cut at the same time. and will it be easier for me to lose fat if i bulk this year nd try to get cut the next year?

    you ask to many questions!

Here is what you need to do....stop thinking about it. Stop trying to figure out the magical way of doing things. You are wasting time. All the time that you waste sitting there asking these questions could be spent in the gym training and spent in the kitchen eating.

You will never get anywhere if you constantly sit there and over think. You are stuck in a "paralysis by analysis" phase.

Get up! Go lift! And most importantly...shut up!

Either bulk or cut, trying to do both simultaneously will frustrate the hell out of you and make you want to quit.

Its nearly impossible to do both at the same time, trust me I've tried

However, when you are cutting dont give up on strength training all together, lift to maintain instead of trying to lift to grow, but place more focus on cardio during your cut time.

Personally, I play softball in the spring, so I am gonna bulk until about march, then cut for 2 months, then when May comes around, I'll just try to maintain what I have changed in the off season. Come fall I will go back into bulking.

if you are trying to cut up, don't forget to eat too...if you starve yourself trying to cut-up, you'll lose muscle instead of fat

eat your maintanance or slightly more than your maintanance with a clean diet for a couple of months ,your body will adapt at first by decreasing your bf% a little while adding some muscle mass (noob gains) after a couple of months when you become more experiienced and when your progress start decreasing decrease your calorie intake slightly while following a good cutting plan wich people here could help you with....untill you become lean then start bulking , but if you are an endomorph don't start with bulking while you already have a high bf%...... i hope that was clear enough..
