Whoa man. That is very thin for your height. You need to up your intake and stick to the weights. May I suggest lots of peanut butter and good ol' nuts. They are high in fat and calories and should help you pack on some weight. Keep eating the meats and keep the diet clean. Get rid of that Dr. Pepper every day. That is probably hindering your healthy weight gain instead of helping it.



Normally 2 packets of oatmeal, maybe another burger. Sometimes if I'm not out of powder I throw in some soy protein. Ahhh normally a dr pepper each day.
