If you absolutely HAVE to choose another one i'd throw away upright rows and use side lateral raises, but personally ive never really needed anything other than OH Press + Dips to be honest.

Reverse flies if you need an isolation movement beside the overhead press. The posterior delt is often neglected.

any pushing movement is going to work the anterrior delt. Same with any pulling movement, it works the posterior delt. just throw in some lateral raises and you'll be good.

If I were forced to choose one, it would be side lateral raises in several forms. That said, I also feel that shoulder width grip upright rows are very valuable for working the lateral delt head.

Hm, I don't like upright rows. They feel unnatural or something. Can't really say, but I really don't like them.

i second gazhole with side lateral raises, if you do it slowly and hold it a second when your arms fully extended you REALLY feel it working.

Neither. I kinda hate both fucking movements. One hurts and the other burns, result? Nothing. But Id choose lateral raises. However, scaption > lateral raises, but theres lil difference.

I like them all - I do some type of overhead press movement, side raises, front raises, upright rows & reverse flys - not all at one time tho..

I start my workouts with side laterals on shoulder day for a month, then alternate with heavy military presses the next month. Best thing I ever did. I probably put on at least an inch on my delts and recieved a great V.
