yeah, I don't know what it means either. Either way, seems like the original poster is in pretty good shape, pretty lean. DB pressing over his own bodyweight is a good thing. Acting arrogant...well, that's a different story.

No joke. I realize that everyone is different. There are endomorphs, ectomorphs, mesomorphs, and everything in between. But I've never seen a 5'9" person that weighed 145 lbs. that was healthy. Especially at 25 years of age.

So I'm trying to understand how you only weight 145. Nothing that I've ever read tells me that this is healthy. Are you a vegetarian, vegan, or something?

Also, looking at your pictures, you don't look like a 5'9" person that weighs 145 lbs. Are you lying about your height or something?

And yes, the fact that you put up 80 pound DBs is impressive.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

There is no lying about my height.

I'm skinny. No other way around it. It's genetics, I believe. My mother, at the age of 52, is skinny. My dad was skinny into his mid 20s, then started to bulk up during his 30s.

As for healthy, what have you read that says it's not healthy? Yea, I'm on the lower end of "healthy" weight, but it's been that way my whole life, and I've always been very active with no serious health troubles. I get a cold maybe once a year, that's it.

And I love flesh. Raw or cooked, whatever. If it walked on land, swam in the lakes and oceans, or flew in the sky, I'll eat it.
