An exercise in vanity - am I sw0ule??

I'm 5'9" and weigh about 145 lbs. 80lb dumbbells are respectable on the flat bench, yes?

I feel like they are, but what do I know? I'm just a tard who doesn't have any fitness goals other than get my hot beach body ready for the summer.

If you're just in it for the bodybuilding, the only thing important regarding strength is progressive improvement.

He looks skinny with very little mass. My mom has more LBM than him. Also, if you start dumb threads in the serious forums, don't expect mercy.

Size wise you could do with a few more meals a day, strength wise good on you. im lifting 90's for 3 or 4 reps and im 40+ pounds heavier than you are.

Good strength, man. What about your other lifts, though?

If you just bench then you deserve the shit you get in this thread.

I don't squat because of lower back problems (...even with proper form). My spine is crazy. I can do them seated with machines , but we all know it's not the same. Deadlifts...don't do those either. I'm thinking about why not, and I have no answer for it. I should probably start those, as I know they're worthwhile.

A large portion of my workout is focused on my core. I don't know exactly how to put any numbers on the stuff I do, but I can do a couple dragon flags. Lots of exercises that revolve around medicine balls and stabilization, etc. Certainly not going to get me freakish strong, but very solid where it counts, I suppose.

I do weighted pullups as well, a few full range reps with 75lbs strapped on me. I haven't tried a max on that one, though. I should give it a shot.

I hope this satisfies some of your curiosities. If not, oh well. I tried.

I normally only curl 20lb bars to easy warm up my biceps. With all the other exercises I do that involve compound movements with my back and arms, they don't seem to serve much purpose.
