And I will probably grow to be as tall or taller than him, because both sides of my family are tall and my dad would have been around 6'3 but he had cancer and his neck is really small. My mom was like 6 foot wich i think is not that commmon for a woman but her side of the family is pretty tall.

You can't do olympic lifts without a coach. Semi-olympic lifts like high pulls and push press possibly, but that's it I think.

Also, the guy on the pics has massive traps so you should work those if you want to look (anything) like him.

So if your fathers neck was bigger he would been taller?

How do you take a couple of inches off the neck?

They can't cut the spinal column, and rejoin it.

How many days do you want to train 3 or 4? You could do a full-body routine 3 times a week with your first movement being a olympic movement.

since your only 13 years old, i suggest you don't perform olympic lifts because A) you dont know form and will end up with a injury. B) samething as A. just stick to basics and eat.
