That I DEFINITELY agree with. Compounds are the absolute moneymaker. If he wants to go crazy, he should try Strossen's Super Squat Routine. Amazing how it blew my quads up.

Here Kefe:

Upper:
Bench
Row
Military
Chinup

Lower:
Squat
Deadlift
Walking Lunge
Hanging Leg Raise

3-4 sets of 8-10 repetitions for each. Call it a day. Perform each workout twice a week. Throw in a few sets of arm work at the end of your upper body days if you want. Done.

lol, that made me chuckle.

That original routine is nasty as hell, you would probably gain more mass sitting at home reading the bible. Follow cowpimps suggestion, nuff said.

I'm not really a fan of Pryor. I just didn't care for his type of comedy. I don't know how old you are, but I'm 34. Not exactly a spring duck.

I think you mean 3 month old.

At least a 75 year old can relate to somethings. Whether or not they will remember is a different story.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

The thing is, BBing is one of few sports (maybe including darts, snooker, and bowls) that being older is better. Muscle maturity, knowledge etc...

I love it when a plan comes together.

kefe pulldowns work your lats and upper back ......lunges will work your lower body and lower back ...there is no connection between both exercises ..... if you want to replace lunges do another exercise that has the same movement.......and visit this site to understand wich exercise works wich muscle http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

I see the term 'muscle maturity' used often on this site, but what exactly is it?
