Should I keep up my Cardio while bulking up?
My buddy and I are about to cycle Pro Magnon. He never does Cardi and actually has a tough time keeping weight on, and I get a mid-section if I don't watch it. So I normally do at least a half hour a day on the bike on lift days and off days.
Should I keep up my Cardio during the cycle? Prolly a elementary question to y'all but I'm gonna ask it anyway. |

I'd say do only 2-3, 30 minute low intensity cardio sessions (walking is fine) at best. This is good for nutrient partitioning. I personally when going on a bulk, leave the cardio in, but only with the above. Now that I am in contest prep, it gets raised by a day or so. Whats your macro ratio look like?
