Red face Compilation of warm up workouts

After reading and commenting on Cowpimp's Guide to a Proper Warm up, I wanted to do a follow up.

What warm ups is everyone doing? And please, PLEASE, provide any links to show what they are since most warm up movements have odd-ball names that may be difficult to search.

Love Cow's suggestions for a deadlift/ham dominant day, but I dont know what to do for horizontal/vertical upper days... Ive done thus far...

Arm circles

Scarecrows

I do both of these movements in reverse also, but what else? I dont like wall retractions... Too easy.

6' 209lbs (8/16)
Bench 365 (12/3)
Weighted Pullups 80lbs 3x3 (3/19)
Squat 370
Deadlift after herniation 385lbs 3x3 (3/17)
NASM certified 2/06

Ive bookmarked that link from ages ago. Good stretches, some are crazy.

What about a link that shows inch worms, or "walkups?"

I know, some of the stuff he does on there seems impossible to me!

Inch worms are halfway down the page:

<3 inchworms. But I always do them with my feet on a ball. Sometimes medicine, other times the big ones (whatever they're called).

Good find. I knew they were somewhere. It shows the start position, I guess, in a "Cat stretch" like position. I always start mine in a push up position.
