    substitue

    with my current program i have to do bulgarian split squats on my squat day and was wondering if i could sub in a different exersise like fron squats because i just cant get the form down for them.


    ALso i know this has probably been discussed bbut can i run after heavy leg day? all comments appriciated

    ok, here u go:

    1.) front squats are better. do them. but i hope u are doing regular A2G olympic squats along with that

    2.) @ cardio? it depends. do u feel doing cardio is firstly possible after a heavy leg day, and if it is, do u feel it will hamper ur progress? because u must understnad: PROGRESSING is the key.

    If you can get the form right for bulgarians its a really good exercise to do.

    You could do split squats as an alternative if you want to keep a uni-lateral quad exercise in your program.

    I can hardly walk propper after a heavy leg day! I wouldn't recomend a jog, but thats just me. I think that this could lead to overtraining, I agree with Andalite ' PROGRESS IS THE KEY'!
