OK, So I got myself a home gym now

I would like suggestions for any equipment I may need, perhaps something that as been beneficial to yourself, please pass coment.
I will list what I have so far and what I'm planning to pruchase:
bench, stationary bike, 2 standard barbells, an olympic bar, dumbbells, squat rack, puch bag attached to pull-up bar (hopefully, may not be possible), floor mat, stationary ball (big, inflatable one), stretch bands, soft pillow (for soft tissue work), 2x20's plates, 2x15's, 2x10's, 2x5's. (that weight is very challenging for now, eventually I will buy some more 10's and 20's.)
I did some deadlifts and bench just trying it out yesterday, and I got those blisters on my hands like mad, should I wear gloves I read it is best not too? Do I need a belt, for heavy squats, deds, bench, rows etc? Also, I will be working out without footwear so I don't tread muck in. Is this safe?
