i just moved 2 a large school and the rec is a 20min walk from my dorm so ive been kinda lazy and workin out whenever i can get a ride, this is usually every other day. I have changed to a full body routine every other day so i was wondering if that will be effective, I do

push
pull
legs
push
pull
any arm isolation or dips/pulllups to finish

how ioes that look? also my diet is suffering cause so much of the food down here is fried, when could I add some cardio, would doing cardio after my workout such as a jog back to then dorm or on the track be alright? My goal is to get stronger but I want to trim some bf, not a lot but over the next month i wanna loose like 2-3% if possible. thanks for any suggestions/comments
