Ex-Wrestler...Need help on routine...
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hello everybody,
To get started let me tell you all a little about myself. I am 19 years old about 5'5 135 lbs. I will always consider myself a wrestler although I quit after highschool. I could of continued my wrestling career in college but turned down a few scholarships for personal reasons. I have been weight training since 9th grade until I stopped wrestling. Here and there i workout but not like i should be. I am getting scrawnny and would like to get Bulked up and cut again, i just need a propper routine which im hoping i can get here with your help. I would really like to work on cutting my chest and shapping my abs back up. I am willing to diet (not hardcore) and work out 3-4 times a week. I know that a lot of you on this forum no a lot of training techniques. Can somebody help me out here with a 3-4 day routine and diet? I am a very hard worker and willing to do what it takes to get back in shape and get that body that i used too. Just email me or repost on here, ill inform you how it goes thanks a lto |

I came here with pretty much the same question, and was told to read the 'sticky posts' at the top of this training forum. I highly recomend the 'Building a routine' thread, it has helped my training shit loads already.
Be sure to post your new routine back here and people are sure to post hints and tweaks to put you on the right track, hope this helps you From Samo. |
