unfortunately i have to move to a gym that has only resistance machines no free weights at all.
anyone got any advice on how to get the most out of the resistance machines as i know they are not as good as free weights

really all just machines
the cable thing is a maybe ill need to check
too many machines to list they have the all the main stays like
chest press
seated row
peck deck
shoulder press and so on
