    stab

    Iv had to take a week off cause i got jumped by a shitload of people and got stabbed. Should I wait for my arm to completely heal before I start lifting again or can I do less weight or something. I probably shouldnt be curling 35 with one arm and 25 with the other should I. I got stabbed in the shoulder but the pain is down my arm.
