Pushing a sled! Not only is it good to increase calve size, but strength in just about every other muscle group of your body.

Squats. My calves really grew (visibly so!) when I was doing Squats three times a week.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.
Well I used to have a homeade sled until we moved and I just left it. But we moved from like St.Louis and I wasnt going to make a trip 2 hours to go and get it. But even westside preaches about pushing a sled, not only will it help build calves, but increase your deadlift (or so they preach).
