    Most of us just kid around with Kefe around, he can take a joke better than most adults do.

    I myself admire the motivation he has toward lifting weights regardless of whether he does them right or wrong or even listens to advice.....he is only 13 years old.

    I dont know but pullups are easy.Right now my shoulders are as strong as kenwoods were back in august 06

    I SLDL'ed 405 the other day since I started my westside template. The other stats I don't know but i'm proud of that.

    Not sure what my 1rm are for these workouts are because I'm fairly new and haven't tried maxing out yet
